Finn Daniels worked with the Virginia HRA and Commercial Roofing Inc. on the replacement of the existing roof covering application at the Columbia and Rouchleau Apartments in Virginia, Minnesota. Encompass provided roof safety anchor design and Kline-Johnson assisted with representation of manufacturer related products and installation requirements along the way. The roof was experiencing some significant subsurface moisture related concerns and was in dire need of a new roof application. The roof application on both buildings covered over 14,000 s.f. As with many rehabilitation efforts, the project included some pivots along the way with the site discovery of some poorly assembled existing conditions during demolition phases requiring upgrades in which all parties worked together to provide long term solutions.
