SJV: Saint John Vianney College Seminary

SJV: Saint John Vianney College Seminary located on the University of St. Thomas campus in St. Paul, MN is the largest college seminary in the United States. The seminary engaged Finn Daniels Architects to design an addition their existing building with a new larger, functional, and state of the art chapel (the heart of the seminary), along with increased program space, living quarters for the priests in residence, and guest rooms to accommodate visitors. Tile mosaics featuring the crucifixion and ascension highlighting the apse wall and the new chapel/seminary main entrance are prominent features of the design which added over 26,000 square feet over the six floors of the new addition, including a roof top veranda. This new addition recognizes the environment at SJV plays an integral role in shaping future priest and lay leaders.

APi Group | New Brighton, MN

APi Group

The 3 Story class 'A' corporate headquarters building totals 52,000 square feet including atrium connecting all floors, training room and large board room. Building has received LEED-NC v2.2 'Gold' Certification from the USGBC. Building design incorporates natural stone veneer cladding with generous glazed openings and decorative metal panel accents. Finn Daniels Architects provided complete architectural and interior design services for this project.

Adrenaline Minneapolis | Saint Paul Airport

Adrenaline

Adrenaline is an airport store destination designed for "athleisure wear" products with the traveler's convenience in mind.  A wide point of entry and custom merchandise fixtures provide flexibility for displays as well as a clear route through the space for travelers in a hurry.  The chemical symbol for adrenaline was a large design inspiration for the space.  The signage accent and hexagons spanning across the bulkhead vary in depth, flowing from thick on one side to thin on the other - portraying the strong initial rush of adrenaline.

Kalispell Ford | Kalispell, MT

Finn Daniels provided architectural design and construction documentation services for the new Kalispell Ford facility in Kalispell, Montana. The 52,500-square-foot automotive sales and service facility was designed to support modern dealership operations while carefully balancing the owner’s operational needs with Ford’s brand standards. The project delivers a new, purpose-built facility that enhances both customer experience and service efficiency.

Sunrise Bank | St. Paul, MN

Sunrise Bank Corporate Offices

Finn Daniels provided planning and architectural design for the Sunrise Banks Office Building, as part of the 'Innovation District' in St. Paul, MN.  The design enabled Sunrise Banks to consolidate multiple offices into one central location.  The 3 story office building provides 57,000 square feet and includes a large community space that is utilized by many community organizations, work out facilities and an outdoor entertainment space.
